Free initial telephone consultation.

During the consultation we will talk about all the areas in your home that are causing problems for you and the changes you would love to make to your home environment and what you would like to achieve. Together we can decide on a plan of action. If you are moving house, key dates will also be a factor. 

The consultation will take a maximum of one hour.

A half day session - £180

A half day three hour session is the minimum booking and will allow us to tackle a small project or area of your home or kick start a bigger project. A £100 deposit is required to secure the booking prior to the session and will be deducted from your invoice.

A full day session - £360

A full day session will be six hours and will allow us to embark on a bigger project together and see some great results. A lunch break or a number of smaller rest breaks of up to one hour will be taken but not charged for. A £200 deposit is required to secure the booking prior to the session and will be deducted from your invoice.
Additional time
On the day, if you wish to continue the session beyond the agreed number of hours, then the additional time is charged at my hourly rate of £60.

Virtual Sessions
If you live outside my area, are shielding or self isolating and wish to use my services, I offer virtual decluttering and organising sessions via Zoom. These sessions are a maximum of 2 hours and are charged at an hourly rate of £35 per hour.

Travel
Travel within SW and SE postcodes is included in the session price. Beyond these areas travel by car will be charged at 45p per mile and parking charges or central London congestion charge will be
added to the final invoice as incurred. 

Payment
Payment is due after each session and can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
You will be sent an invoice for your records, following the session.

Cancellation
If you cancel within 48 hours of the agreed time and date of the session you have booked with me
then your deposit will not be refunded.

Gift Vouchers

Terms and Conditions
You will be required to sign a copy of my Terms & Conditions which will be sent to you before the session.

Reassurance
The service I provide is completely confidential. I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), I am a member of the Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (APDO) and I am covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance and hold a current DBS certificate.
